Objective: The goal was to introduce IWACO vision, objectives, and ongoing programs to grassroots women and youth groups, as well as to create a platform for discussing the challenges they face.
Activities:
- A meeting was held with 12 women’s group leaders and 1 youth group leader, who represented a total of 370 members of their individual groups.
- The IWACO team highlighted the organization’s objectives, programs, and membership benefits, while also listening to the challenges faced by these groups in their respective communities.
- A collaborative discussion followed, allowing IWACO to tailor its approach to better support the grassroots leaders.
